The staff is very experienced and after examination, they told me that my motherboard is not working. Replacement orders take 30 days and full payment is in advance. the engineer tell about the chiplevel service but I'm not satisfied with Mother Repair in the previous service center Kollam. Due to no other option, I gave the laptop for service. after some days they called me and told me that my laptop was ready I collected it and found that everything was working fine.
